Service
Rates
The
profile of each assignment determines the
hourly rate to be billed to the client.
Factors that are considered include:
- Location
of protected premises
- Supervision
- In
service training
- Sensitivity
of the post
- Public
contact
- Complexity
of the Standard Operating Procedures.
Overtime
would only be charged when unplanned services
are requested by the client with less than
72 hours notice or nationally recognized
holidays such as the following:

Uniforms

Supervision

Training: Classroom and on the job

Vacations
9.
Administrative and operational support
10.
Qualified back-up officers
11.
Scheduling
12.
Incentive and recognition programs
13.
Forms, supplies, and watch clock
14. Screening:
Reid Psychological Testing, criminal record
check - F.B.I. and State of Texas, and previous
employment
