Our schedulers are carefully briefed by Operations Managers on each client's requirements. They then use our unique cross-indexed computer database to match officers with specific assignments. The computerized database maintains detailed profiles of each security officer - including such objective factors as training records, certifications and work history as well as subjective factors such as attitude, personality, literacy and appearance.

This database is especially helpful for the scheduling of replacement security officers. If an assigned officer calls off duty, our schedulers can easily identify other officers who have been trained on that client’s premises. The result is that the right person is posted on each job.
