Terms and conditions for travel and other direct costs incurred in performance of services will be defined and negotiated prior to the acceptance of a task order. Travel costs will be negotiated individually on an as-needed basis. Prices do not include the cost of travel or reimbursement of travel expenses.

B.P. Worldwide Security, Inc. will notify the ordering agency, in writing, of any requirement for reimbursement of transportation and per diem expenses prior to the acceptance of the order. The notification will include a "not to exceed" estimate of these proposed costs. Any applicable indirect costs associated with the transportation and per diem expenses will be charged at a rate negotiated prior to the using agency's delivery order. Allowable travel and per diem charges are reimbursable by the ordering agency for all incurred costs that are at or below the "not to exceed" amount in accordance with FAR 31.205-46, Travel Costs, or can be priced as a fixed price item. The Industrial Funding Fee does not apply to travel and per diem charges.

Any required data/deliverables at the ordering level will be as specified or negotiated in the agency's order.

Special training requirement costs will be negotiated prior to acceptance of a task order.

The cost of special equipment orders in support of a contract, not supplied by the ordering agency will be negotiated prior to acceptance of a task order.
